Buying or selling real estate does not have to be a stressful experience, I honestly believe there is a better way. As a real estate professional my goal is to deliver the highest level of customer service to ease the process of buying or selling a home. Genuine customer service is the key to creating a bond and building a lifelong relationship. The bond between a client and a real estate broker is vital to a successful real estate transaction.
Growing up in a military family and moving all over the United States, I understand what it is to relocate and the complexities that come along with finding the right home. At an early age I was taught the value of loyalty, duty, respect, honor, integrity, personal courage, and selfless service. These values, which I hold dear, directly influence the service I provide as a real estate professional.
Upon graduating from Bishop McNamara High School, I was able to accomplish lifelong goals. I competed two years of Army ROTC officer training while at Illinois State University and played collegiate basketball at both Illinois State and St. Francis Universities. I received a degree in Public and Commercial Administration but instead of heading directly into the workforce I pursued my dream of playing professional basketball. This pursuit allowed me to play for several different professional teams and organizations across the United States and Europe. During my training and athletic travels, I acquired another set of core values; honesty, commitment, pursuit of excellence, and being a part of something bigger than myself. I take pride in implementing these beliefs in all aspects of life, including my interaction and representation of clients.
Prior to real estate I worked in a fast-paced sales industry. While in this role I became a top producing sales professional accredited with implementing business development strategies to improve sales, understand market conditions, and achieve performance goals. To attain top producing results for my clients it was key that I develop mastery in presentation, negotiation, and forecasting. It was also imperative that I build strong relationships with clients and create a bond based on trust.
As a family man, I feel it is important to instill these values in my children. I am happily married and the proud father of three boys. The experiences we have had in our home inspires me to help others find the right home. A place that will provide security, identity, and a sense of belonging where experiences and memories can be made.
I have an overall enthusiastic passion for the real estate industry. I feel it is an honor and a privilege to help clients every step of the way when buying and selling their homes. To me, it’s about building a lifelong relationship while adding maximum value not only to the transaction but to their lives.
